3. Platform Overview

ranking.game is a competitive gaming and entertainment platform powered by blockchain. It enables users to:

  • Participate in ranked PvP matches and tournaments
  • Earn and spend in-app tokens (MGC)
  • Stake or mine tokens
  • Interact via social features and AI avatars
  • View performance analytics and leaderboards
4. Account Registration
  • You must register for an account to access core features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any false, misleading, or unlawful activity.
5. Use of Tokens (MGC)
  • MGC is the utility token used within the platform for staking, rewards, payments, and unlocking features.
  • MGC has real-world value and may be listed on third-party exchanges.
  • You acknowledge that the value of MGC is volatile and not guaranteed.
  • Token purchases, trades, or withdrawals may be subject to fees and KYC/AML compliance.
6. Tournaments & PvP Matches
  • Tournaments may have entry requirements, prize structures, and rules. You are responsible for reviewing each event's terms.
  • Cheating, match-fixing, or using bots is strictly prohibited.
  • Ranking decisions and game outcomes are final and may not be disputed unless clear technical issues are reported within 24 hours.
7. Code of Conduct

You agree to:

  • Treat other players with respect
  • Avoid abusive, discriminatory, or illegal behavior
  • Not impersonate others or manipulate the system
  • Follow all game rules, tournament guidelines, and community standards

We reserve the right to suspend or ban users violating these terms.

8. Intellectual Property
  • All content, branding, code, and assets of ranking.game are the property of RZ Co. or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the Platform without explicit permission.
9. User-Generated Content
  • You retain ownership of content you create (e.g., profiles, avatars, chats).
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display your content in connection with Platform services.
10. Data Privacy
  • We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of data for gameplay, personalization, analytics, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
11. Third-Party Services
  • The Platform may integrate with third-party wallets, exchanges, payment systems, or social media.
  • We are not responsible for third-party services, their terms, or their privacy practices.
12. Risk Acknowledgment

You understand that:

  • Participation in tournaments and token activities carries financial and psychological risks.
  • Blockchain systems may be subject to delays, bugs, or external attacks.
  • MGC is not a financial security and does not represent ownership in RZ Co.
13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform, with or without notice, for:

  • Violating these Terms
  • Fraudulent or harmful behavior
  • Legal or regulatory obligations
14. Disclaimers
  • The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
  • We do not guarantee uptime, earnings, or compatibility with your devices.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
15. Limitation of Liability

RZ Co., its team, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Token price losses
  • Platform outages or bugs
  • User behavior or third-party content
16. Dispute Resolution
  • You agree to first try resolving any dispute informally with us.
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be handled through arbitration in a jurisdiction selected by RZ Co.
17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of the updated Terms.
