Ranking is a space for gamers to work, live, and connect, and communication is a vital part of life. The Messages section allows users to engage in conversations, whether private one-on-one chats or group discussions.

Accessing Messages

To access this feature:

1. Navigate to the Dashboard by clicking on the dashboard icon located at the top right corner of the page, next to your profile avatar.
2. From the left-hand menu in the dashboard, select Messages.
   Alternatively, you can also access the Messages section directly through the Ranking Social Media platform by clicking on the Messages section there.

In the Messages section, you will see:

• A list of all your conversations displayed on the left-hand side of the page.
• Clicking on any conversation will open it on the right-hand side, allowing you to view and continue the discussion.

At the top of the conversation list, there is a + icon. Clicking this allows you to start a new conversation.

Starting a New Conversation

To begin a new conversation:

1. Click the + icon at the top of the conversation list.
2. In the pop-up window, enter the usernames of the people you want to message.
3. Add a Title for the conversation (optional but recommended).
4. Type your message in the provided box.
5. Click Start Conversation.

Once you’ve initiated the conversation, the message will be sent, and the new chat will appear in your conversation list, ready for you to continue.
