    Selecting a title from the left panel displays the corresponding detailed information and solutions on the right.

3. Submit a New Ticket

Can’t find the answer in the FAQ or Quick Find sections? Use the Submit New Ticket button, located at the upper-right corner of this page, to contact our support team directly.

How to Submit a Ticket:

  1. Click the Submit New Ticket button.
  2. Fill out the ticket form with the following details:
  • Support Section: Select the category that best matches your issue.
  • Title: Provide a concise title summarizing your request.
  • Description: Clearly describe your issue or question. Be as detailed as possible and attach any relevant files or screenshots using the upload option.
  1. Once completed, click the Submit button to send your request.

Note: Depending on the volume of requests, responses may take up to 72 hours. Please be patient while our support team reviews your case.
